CA Raghuveer, B.Com, FCA

The founder & senior partner, brings with him an experience of 30 years. He is adept at Statutory and Internal Audit of Companies, tax representation, compilation of project reports, fund syndication for MSMEs, secretarial and Company Law matters and other statutory compliances. He also has more than 20 years’ experience in handling bank branch statutory audits and concurrent audits in a CBS environment. Along with his extensive experience in handling corporate merger and acquisition of MSME’s including due diligence, business presentation, and negotiations, he can offer deep and detailed insights into all your financial requirements.

Amith R K, B.Com, FCA, DISA

Amith is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having considerable amount of exposure in audit & taxation services to Service Oriented Industries, Manufacturing Industries. He is also the managing partner of the firm. He specializes in the Auditing, Investigation, Management Consulting and international accounting practices. He pioneers the management services division of the firm. He is steadfast on the factors such as quality and prompt completion of the services offered.

Arvind represents the bold and the new, bringing fresh perspective and agility to the firm. He has wide-ranging experience in Statutory and Internal Audits, including process audits, investigations, and data analytics in manufacturing, trading, agri commodity & food processing, engineering & service sectors, helping organizations address risks and uncover control gaps. He has been instrumental in the design and implementation of SOPs & MIS, aligning operational insights with strategic goals. He has also handled corporate mergers and acquisitions of MSMEs, actively contributing to due diligence, business presentations, and negotiation. In addition, he provides virtual CFO services, enabling businesses to access high-level financial expertise tailored to their needs. Always on the go, Arvind champions innovative thinking and practical, easy-to-implement solutions.

Santosh Narayanappa, B.Com, FCA

Santosh is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His area of specialization covers all aspects of Direct as well as Indirect Taxation, Bank & Financial Institutions, Construction Industry, Manufacturing Industry, Service Sector, Automotive Industry, Finance and Insurance Sector, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles. He has gained valuable experience by handling assignments covering risk analysis, business valuation, investigation, taxation for various entities. He leads the taxation services division of the firm. He represents clients before the highest authorities and has made rapid progress in acquiring professional excellences.

Akshay Murugan is an Audit Manager. He has wide experience in various type of industries and institutions like Hotels, Banking, NBFC, Travel & Tourism, Manufacturing, and Real Estate in the field of audit and assurance, due diligence, risk analysis, taxation, transfer pricing, IND AS implementation and IND AS related services. He has led audits of multiple large organisations, including MRPL. He heads the Audit and Assurance division of the firm under the guidance of the leadership team.
